If anyone is interested (and lucky enough to be available for this)
there is a cool 2 day Scala event coming up just across the water in
London. The organisers have kindly promised to make some tickets
available to be raffled off to some lucky SED members too so fingers
crossed! :-D
If anyone is interested and would be AVAILABLE to travel on the dates
drop me an email or post your interest as a comment etc. and I'll put
the names in a hat. There might be 1 or 2 tickets made available at
most (yet to be confirmed) and if so they'll be raffled individually.

Skills Matter and the London Scala User Group are organising the Scala
LiftOff unconference with David Pollak this year in London (Oct
13-14).
This great, International Scala Unconference will take place over two
days from the 13th to the 14th October 2011 at Skills Matter. Scala
LiftOff London first happened in 2010, where many fantastic
contributions from the Scala Community combined to create a wonderful,
stimulating event. We hope to see as many exciting innovations and
ideas, practices and technologies featured this year.
